The holidays are one of my favorite times of year, a season to relax, recharge and reflect. And this year there is much to reflect on. 2020 has brought challenges that none of us could have anticipated.
Even in this difficult year, we still have so much to be thankful for in our Illinois family. Being able to return to our campuses this fall warmed my heart. I’m grateful to all of you for the innovation, thought and determination that made it possible.
We also have much to celebrate, including what we have to look forward to – the joy of hope, and better times ahead.
Roberta and I have created a short holiday video message expressing our thanks and celebrating the season. We hope you can take a few moments to enjoy it.
